MINUTES OF MEET 20-3-11

Resolution: We have decided to follow the path of our invisible soul late. Mr. Vamana Murthi uncle and reach our goals with his blessings.

· We updated about the Launch of RRI in Coimbatore (22 members) and discussed about the proposed projects.

o Wrap it! – A food wastage campaign (March 27) where we will stick stickers in hotels, canteens. In case of wastage they can call us to dispose the wasted food and we will deliver it to the needy.

o STOP-(June 5^TH )Safe Traffic obeying Person

· We have decided to pay our membership annually and to collect funds for FAR.

· We have started an account in ICICI Bank, so ppl can drop their checque or transfer their money to Reunite to Redefine India trust Chennai main branch-602001323836

· We have decided to install the play things in ARIVALAYAM On April 16^th .

· BalaMurugan Of thiruninravur has taken the responsibility to send messages to all members through mobile.

· We have decided to pay Pavithra(Teacher of ARIVALYAM)a sum of 1000 every month.

· SIS group have proposed a project where they want to do a campaign on personal hygiene, cancer and vaccine mainly for women.

· We will be participating in a rally to be held on April 3^rd asking the common man to vote for his country.

· Mélange 2 to be organized by the month of August.

· Unemployed individuals to be directed to SANGFROID a HR consultancy who has assuered 100 % placement for our people.

· Cultural Events to be conducted in our village.

· Counseling to be conducted for all ages of people in our village.

Women's Day

March 8th the day which gives a sense of pride to our womens. "SHE " a beautiful word not just by definition but as a personality. She is love. She is elegance. She is a care and finally she is mom. A salute to a women who has taken so much pains to challenge the world and still fights to prove that her family is the best.

Girls are still less likely to be in school than boys, almost two-thirds of illiterate adults are women, and every 90 seconds a woman dies in pregnancy or due to childbirth-related complications despite the knowledge and resources to make births safe, she said, and women continue to earn less than men for the same work and have unequal inheritance rights and access to land.

A remarkable change in the recent years where women have started coming out from their kitchens to this open world. Now you cant find a occupation without a women.It has been 65 yrs since we got independence but still women are fearing to walk on the streets. Gandhiji rightly said only when a women can walk freely at night then we have got our independence.Crime rate is increasing day by day and most important to be noted is that RAPE, SEXUAL Harassment, FEMALE INFANTICIDE, ABORTIONS etc and list goes on...Lets start respecting them.. For Their Courage, for their aim, for their care and concern and most importantly for their motherly feeling.

The stem of every family and she branches out for the world to grow.

Lets us share our hands for this beautiful cause.Lets stop discriminating.Lets treat them equally. They are a part of US.

The Law College Incident in Chennai

Tamil Nadu people might know about this incident and may be even others. But still for those who dont know about this incident, I will narrate it for you.There is a Law College named "Dr. Ambedhkar Law College" in Chennai. For the past few months there has been a divide among the students related to caste(This bloody caste is the root of every problem). It had become so severe that last week there a huge fight among the students and three students were injured - One among them was beaten like hell and he was seriously injured. The root of the problem, as I told before, is related to caste.

Now what happened was there was a divide among the students in printing of a pamphelet regarding a occasion. It had turned so severe that an attack was planned by one student community. This planning had reached the intelligence department of the police, the Principal and the government. Inspite of this no action had been taken. On the day of attack, a boy was beaten like hell and that too in front of the police. About 50 to 75 policemen were present there. No action was taken by the police. Why? It is said that the police and the law college students dont like each other. So when the police saw them fighting among themselves, they sat back and enjoyed. The boy who was beaten at the gate survived.

The next day the Assistant Commisioner of Police, the inspector and other important officials were tansferred to some other place and the other policemen who took no action were suspended. What is the use in suspending after everything was over? It is all politics. The appointment of the principal may also be politics. Coming to the principal, he should be held responsible for everything that has happened. He knew everything about the students, their plans etc.Dont think that nothing can be done by citizens like us. The case will be closed without our knowledge. It is our responsibilty as citizens of India not to forget about this incident and keep reminding the police and government through newspapers and News channels that the case is pending.....

As the name stands even the though of us is very High. Our main motto is to help the poor children and our poor country. We are really trying to help the city and needy ,so by educating the uncivilised educated persons . By telling them to follow the traffic rules , not to spit on the road and dumping garbage on the roads and etc .

Economic growth is fairly high, technological progress and the spread of new technologies around the world is rapid. In one very possible future, we could virtually end extreme poverty in the next quarter century. But a different and far worse future is also all too possible. We could still lose the struggle to end global poverty. This is a time of dramatic change — and social and economic patterns have not become set.
